They’re growing top-of-funnel to support their sales team. As a fractional SDR, you’ll connect with HR and talent acquisition leaders in compliance-heavy industries who need premium, high-touch background screening to reduce risk and streamline hiring.
This is a fractional SDR role, which pays commissions of $475 per qualified meeting, with a $200 bonus for prospects that meet premium criteria (400+ background checks annually).
What you’ll do:
Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns Call into mobile-enriched leads who fit the target persona Pitch and qualify those leads Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using qualification criteria Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how the Client can solve them Develop strong sales and product knowledge
What you’ll need to succeed:
3–5+ years of SDR/BDR experience booking meetings with HR, TA, or compliance leaders Background selling HR tech, talent acquisition, or compliance-related services Ability to engage CHROs, VPs/Directors of Talent Acquisition, or HR leaders at mid-market to enterprise firms Strong discovery and qualification skills; comfortable discussing hiring, compliance, and risk management Excellent written and verbal communication skills; process-oriented and data-driven Bonus: Experience in background screening, ATS integrations, or HR compliance solutions

Company size: 500–5,000 employees; premium qualification at 1,000+ employees, 400+ annual background checks, or $40K+ screening spend; high-volume hiring firms may qualify with fewer employees Industries: Healthcare, financial services and insurance, legal, engineering, manufacturing; other compliance-heavy industries may also qualify Buyer personas: CHRO, Chief People Officer, VP/Director of Talent Acquisition, or Director of HR at smaller firms Core needs: Premium, high-touch screening services; strict compliance obligations; high-volume or sensitive hiring; exposure to risk from bad hires
What counts as a qualified meeting (for commission):
Persona: Meeting with a relevant decision-maker (CHRO, CPO, VP/Director of Talent Acquisition, or Director of HR) Fit: Company with 500–5,000 employees or meets premium criteria (1,000+ employees, 400+ annual background checks, $40K+ screening spend, or high-volume hiring) Need/Interest: Identified pain in background screening—risk mitigation, compliance, or deeper due diligence for sensitive roles Timing: Willing to evaluate options within the next 6 months Logistics: A 30-minute discovery call scheduled and attended with the AE, covering current background screening processes and gaps
