As a fractional Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a critical role in generating top-of-funnel opportunities for a fast-scaling team. You’ll be reaching out to executive and operational leaders at staffing firms, introducing them to a platform that delivers measurable ROI through automation and AI-driven insights.
This is a fractional SDR role, commission-only, paid per qualified meeting set.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, cold calling, and prospecting
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS and technology sales
- Prior experience selling into staffing, recruiting, or HR technology is a strong plus
- Ability to articulate the value of automation, AI, and digital transformation to executive and operational leaders
- Passion for sales as a craft, with a desire to always be learning and improving
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
What you’ll be doing:
- Prospecting and qualifying staffing and recruiting firms
- Engaging executive and operational decision makers (CEOs, COOs, VPs of Recruiting, Directors of Operations, etc.)
- Educating prospects on the benefits of a modern, AI-powered recruiting operations platform
- Setting up qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
- Collaborating with a high-performing, mission-driven team

What you’ll do:
- Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns
- Call into mobile-enriched leads who fit the target persona
- Pitch and qualify those leads
- Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using qualification criteria
- Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how the Client can solve them
- Develop strong sales and product knowledge
