Remote (Global) — Commission per qualified meeting — Fractional/Contract SDR

Our client is a fast-growing B2B data intelligence provider that equips sales and marketing teams with precise, contact-level technographic insights. Instead of generic, account-level data, they uncover who inside target accounts uses specific technologies—enabling sharper ABM, more relevant outreach, and higher-converting pipeline. Their data integrates directly into existing GTM workflows, helping teams prioritize accounts, personalize messaging, and activate internal champions.

As a fractional SDR, you’ll generate top-of-funnel pipeline and book qualified meetings with GTM leaders at modern B2B organizations. You’ll use a highly targeted approach anchored in technographic and persona-based signals to open doors with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps decision-makers.

What you’ll do:

  • Prospect into target accounts and identify high-fit stakeholders (e.g., CRO, CMO, VP Sales, Director of Demand Gen, RevOps)
  • Craft personalized, multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social) based on verified tech stack signals and job-relevant pain points
  • Build and iterate sequences/cadences; A/B test messaging for response and conversion
  • Qualify interest and pain, handle common objections, and secure discovery meetings that meet defined criteria
  • Maintain clean CRM notes and ensure accurate handoffs to AEs/solution consultants
  • Collaborate with the client team to refine ICPs, talk tracks, and target segments
  • Consistently hit weekly activity and meeting-setting goals

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of outbound SDR/BDR experience in B2B, with a track record of setting qualified meetings
  • Strong familiarity with data-driven GTM motions (ABM, intent/technographic targeting, enrichment)
  • Experience selling or prospecting into Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders at mid-market to enterprise companies
  • Comfortable engaging technical and semi-technical personas (e.g., data, engineering, product) when needed
  • Elite written communication and personalization skills; you can turn insights into relevant, concise outreach
  • Confident cold caller with objection handling skills (e.g., “we already have a data provider,” “not focused on ABM,” “no budget”)
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools (CRM, sequencing, data/enrichment platforms); self-sufficient in your workflow
  • Ownership mindset: metrics-driven, curious, coachable, and resilient

Nice to have:

  • Background in MarTech/RevTech, sales intelligence, or data products/services
  • Experience operationalizing technographic or intent data in outbound
  • Prior success breaking into engineering- or data-heavy accounts
