Our client is a Next Generation Solution Provider delivering cybersecurity, networking, and cloud solutions. They help enterprises simplify IT adoption, streamline procurement, and strengthen digital infrastructure for secure and scalable growth.
They’re expanding top-of-funnel to support their sales efforts. As a fractional SDR, you’ll open doors with IT and cybersecurity leaders—CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and Directors/VPs of IT or Cybersecurity—at companies evaluating EDR, Email Security, or Zero Trust solutions.
This is a fractional SDR role, which pays commissions of $225 per qualified meeting, with an additional $275 bonus for meetings booked at companies with 500+ employees.
What you’ll do:
Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns Call into mobile-enriched leads who fit the target persona Pitch and qualify those leads Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using qualification criteria Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how the Client can solve them Develop strong sales and product knowledge
What you’ll need to succeed:
3–5+ years of SDR/BDR experience booking meetings with IT and cybersecurity leadership Background selling security solutions such as EDR, Zero Trust, or Email Security tools Ability to engage CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and senior IT/cybersecurity stakeholders Strong discovery and qualification skills; comfortable uncovering current pain points and initiatives Proficiency with CRM and outbound engagement tools; data-driven and process-oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ideal customer profile you’ll target:
Company size: 200+ full-time employees (bonus for 500+)
Industries: Any (must be an end-user organization)
Buyer personas: CIO, CISO, CTO, VP/Director of IT or Cybersecurity
Core needs: Active or upcoming initiatives for Endpoint Detection Response (EDR), Email Security, or Zero Trust within a 12-month horizon; ideally with pain points around current tools or processes
What counts as a qualified meeting (for commission):
Persona: Relevant decision-maker (CIO, CISO, CTO, VP/Director of IT or Cybersecurity) Fit: Company with 200+ full-time employees (bonus payout if 500+) Need/Interest: Evaluating or planning EDR, Email Security, or Zero Trust solutions within the next 12 months Timing: Clear initiative on the roadmap, ideally tied to current pain points Logistics: A 30-minute discovery call scheduled and attended with the AE, with meaningful discussion of current security processes and needs
