As a fractional Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel growth, helping channel partners expand their reach and deliver world-class IT solutions to their clients. You’ll be representing a team built by former channel leaders and engineers, known for their professional, transparent, and partner-driven culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and qualify new channel partners (VARs, MSPs, IT service providers) seeking to expand their IT service offerings
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social channels to generate interest and set qualified meetings
- Articulate the value of a fully white-labeled, global IT services platform that enables partners to deliver infrastructure, managed solutions, and project management at scale
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff and support for qualified opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, cold calling, and prospecting (preferably in B2B technology or IT services)
- Familiarity with the channel ecosystem (VARs, MSPs, IT solution providers) is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with technical and business stakeholders
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Passion for sales as a craft, with a desire to always be learning and improving
Bonus Points:
- Experience selling managed IT services, professional services, or channel-focused solutions
- Understanding of common challenges faced by channel partners (resource constraints, scalability, service delivery, etc.)
This is a commission-only, fractional SDR opportunity. Compensation is $0 per qualified meeting.

What you’ll do:
- Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns
- Call into mobile-enriched leads who fit the target persona
- Pitch and qualify those leads
- Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using qualification criteria
- Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how the Client can solve them
- Develop strong sales and product knowledge
