Our client is a platform that helps online retailers optimize their Klaviyo email campaigns to land in the primary inbox—not the promotions tab—boosting open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. They serve high-revenue e-commerce brands across the U.S. and Canada that rely heavily on Klaviyo to drive retention and lifecycle marketing results.

They’re scaling outbound to expand their sales pipeline. As a fractional SDR, you’ll connect with marketing and operations leaders—CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Directors of Retention/Lifecycle Marketing, CEOs, COOs, and Ads Managers—at established online retailers frustrated with deliverability issues and underperforming campaigns.

This is a fractional SDR role, which pays commissions of $450 per qualified meeting, with a $100 bonus for meetings that meet timing/budget criteria.

What you’ll do:

Prospect and engage e-commerce brands in the U.S. & Canada using Klaviyo Run multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) to CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and execs Qualify prospects and secure discovery meetings for the sales team Uncover pain points around inbox placement, open/click rates, and conversions Maintain CRM hygiene and refine messaging for continuous improvement

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 3–5+ years of SDR/BDR experience booking meetings with marketing or e-commerce leaders
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, email deliverability, or retention/lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills; comfortable uncovering pain points around deliverability, engagement, and campaign ROI
  • Proven ability to engage senior marketing and executive personas (CMO, CEO, COO, etc.)
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools; data-driven and process-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus: experience selling into e-commerce brands or email marketing technology

Ideal customer profile you’ll target:

  • Industries: E-commerce brands using Klaviyo as their primary email marketing platform
  • Company profile: At least $5M in annual revenue (bonus: $25M+)
  • Buyer personas: CMO, Head of Marketing, Director of Retention/Lifecycle Marketing, CEO, COO, Ads Manager
  • Core needs: Frustrated with low open/click rates, poor inbox placement, and wasted spend on underperforming campaigns

What counts as a qualified meeting (for commission):

  • Persona: Meeting with a relevant decision-maker (CMO, Head of Marketing, Director of Retention/Lifecycle Marketing, CEO, COO, Ads Manager)
  • Fit: E-commerce brand in the U.S. or Canada using Klaviyo, with at least $5M annual revenue
  • Need/Interest: Expressed frustration or interest in improving inbox placement, open/click rates, or overall email performance
  • Timing/Budget (Bonus): Prospect’s company has at least $25M annual revenue
  • Logistics: A 30-minute discovery call scheduled and attended with the AE, with meaningful discussion of current email performance and goals

Compensation:
