Serving regulated industries such as banking and financial services, Kualitatem partners with organizations that take quality and security seriously—ensuring that every release is both stable and compliant.

As demand for digital transformation and cybersecurity continues to surge, they’re looking to expand their top-of-funnel efforts and engage more deeply with IT and security decision-makers across the U.S.

This is a fractional SDR role, which pays commissions of $700 per qualified meeting.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales development, cold calling, and prospecting

  • Familiarity with B2B tech or SaaS sales, ideally targeting IT or cybersecurity leaders

  • Prior experience engaging with CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, or IT Directors

  • Strong understanding of technical discovery and consultative sales approaches

  • Bonus – experience selling QA, DevOps, or cybersecurity services

  • *What you’ll do: **

  • Drive top-of-funnel growth through targeted outbound campaigns

  • Call into mobile-enriched leads who fit the target persona

  • Pitch and qualify those leads based on interest and fit

  • Generate sales-ready meetings for Account Executives using defined qualification criteria *Listen actively to identify QA and security pain points—such as hiring QA engineers or outsourcing QA needs—and communicate how Kualitatem can help
