This is a fractional SDR role, which pays commissions of $700 per qualified meeting.
What you’ll do:
- Prospect and engage decision-makers (C-suite, Directors, IT/Finance leaders) at mid-market and enterprise companies
- Educate prospects on the value of digital transformation and cloud-based ERP solutions
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Leverage consultative sales techniques to uncover pain points and align solutions
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, cold calling, and prospecting
- Familiarity with SaaS, ERP, or technology consulting sales
- Experience selling into manufacturing, distribution, services, or software verticals is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a relationship-driven approach
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Passion for sales as a craft, with a desire to continuously learn and improve

What you’ll do:
- Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns
- Call into mobile-enriched leads who fit the target persona
- Pitch and qualify those leads
- Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using qualification criteria
- Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how the Client can solve them
- Develop strong sales and product knowledge
