Our client is a rapidly growing SaaS company focused on automating accounts receivable (AR) processes for mid-market and upper-SMB wholesale distributors across North America. Their platform is purpose-built to help B2B wholesalers—such as foodservice, industrial supply, medical/dental, HVAC, and other distributors—reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), accelerate cash flow, and streamline AR operations.
The solution integrates seamlessly with leading accounting and ERP platforms (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, and more), providing digital invoice presentment, automated payment collection, real-time dashboards, and robust dunning management. Clients typically see a 10–20% reduction in DSO and significant time savings for lean finance teams.
You will play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel activity, targeting finance leaders (CFOs, Controllers, Heads of Finance) at wholesale businesses with $5M–$250M in revenue, who issue 100+ invoices per month and are seeking to modernize their AR processes.
This is a fractional SDR role, compensated per qualified meeting.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, cold calling, and prospecting
- Familiarity with SaaS sales, especially in fintech, AR automation, or ERP/accounting software
- Experience selling into finance personas (CFO, Controller, Director/VP Finance) at mid-sized businesses
- Understanding of wholesale distribution or related verticals is a strong plus
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and articulate value propositions to finance leaders
- Strong communication, organization, and self-management skills
- Passion for sales as a craft, with a desire to always be learning and improving
Bonus:

What you’ll do:
- Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns
- Call into mobile-enriched leads who fit the target persona
- Pitch and qualify those leads
- Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using qualification criteria
- Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how the Client can solve them
- Develop strong sales and product knowledge
